No. You can use your points to redeem the following rewards with minimum spends:

$5 Off = $50 minimum spend
$10 Off = $70 minimum spend
$20 Off = $70 minimum spend
$40 Off = $70 minimum spend

Your tier status is based on your cumulative spending or the number of purchases made. You can check your status in your account details.

To view your current points balance, simply login to your account and scroll down to the points section. You can also view your point balance on this page after logging in.

No, we cannot automatically merge existing accounts for rewards. When you sign up for an account, you're automatically entered into our rewards program with the email address used. If you have two accounts by mistake, please contact us here.
