Refund Policy

Returns

All products, with the exception of bulk items, may be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, items may be returned for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For bulk products, we can exchange the item if it is defective or incorrect. If the order is lost or damaged in shipment, we will replace it. Please notify us within 30 days of any issues regarding your order. 

To complete your return, please contact support@proleve.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Gift cards are sent electronically.
